You can purchase items from our collections directly online via our e-boutique pages based on pre-orders. This means that every garment is created especially for you upon the receipt of your order. Hence we take a period for delivery of up to 14 days. Please note that we produce a limited series and availability of items will comply with this policy. We will contact and inform you if we cannot process your order.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we are unable to take orders via telephone at this time.

Payment can be made securely online through PayPal, except for residents of Romania who will pay via bank transfer. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account in order to place your order.

All prices are processed in EURO, except for residents of Romania who will be charged in RON. Prices are free of VAT as we currently benefit from a VAT exemption. Customers ordering from www.partynoire.com will not be able to receive a VAT refund as we do not apply VAT to our products.

You may select viewing a different currency other than EURO for guidance, but you will be charged in EURO (non-residents of Romania) or RON (Romanian residents only) when you complete your transaction.

We ship worldwide via DHL. The complete list of countries we deliver to can be viewed in the drop down menu at shopping cart level.

When ordering on www.partynoire.com you must provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself. We will send you the confirmation of your order via e-mail.
